Project Management
An essential part of any proposal submitted to the EU, or indeed other funding organisations, is the management of a funded project. The EU, in particular, place much emphasis on this aspect, since it is through proper project management that the deliverables set out in the project proposal approved for funding can be achieved. Project management requires two areas of expertise, namely technical expertise that the Client may offer, and administrative/financial/management and related coordinating skills, which the Client can contribute too but which it will certainly require substantial assistance with. It is in the latter field of project management that inRoads can offer its services to act as part of the project management team for those projects to be approved for funding, or indeed to assume the project management role on its own. Funding for such service will be budgeted for in the project costings, so technically speaking this is not even a service which the Client will be paying for.
