Malcolm A. Mallia is a management consultant with over 10 years experience including top management posts he has held within leading organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accountancy and business management and an Honours degree in Management from the University of Malta, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College (UK).
Malcolm is also an ISO 9000 auditor, after having undergone and successfully completed intensive ISO 9000 lead auditor training in the UK

His management experience includes General Motors Malta, where he was responsible for a corporate restructuring exercise and the introduction of ISO 9002; the setting up of a mobile commerce incubator based in Germany which successfully raised USD 36 million from major international banks; and Vodafone Malta, where he was responsible for strategic planning and market intelligence.
His expertise covers quality management, strategic planning, market research and project management. Industries that Mr. Mallia has been involved with, include; Automotive, Tourism, manufacturing, Government/Local Councils, and Telecoms.
